The employees at Consilio are outstanding. Very loyal and very hard workers. I like the transparency provided by our CEO during Town Hall meetings. The CEO is very approachable which in leadership is very important.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
These are good questions but are ambiguous. There is not area to expand on the answer which could easily change the rating. For example, "How to you rate the Executive Committe"? A better question might be an open-ended question to say, "Provide feedback on your communication with the EC?'

I have always felt Consilio is a generous company and continue to think so.

My colleagues treat their job as if they owned the company. Thet are very loyal and hard working. They are appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Andy is always very approachable and in my opinion is Consilio. I don't find others on the Leadership as approachable if at all. I am assuming the leadership team in this question is the executive committee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture in our department is the ability to work well together where there is trust and ongoing communication in order to make processes work. At the end of the day the goal is to increase revenues, and everyone is onboard.
