I feel that I fit in and am appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be aware of Consilio's bad reputation and are trying hard to reverse it by coming up with ways that will encourage us to remain with the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work incredibly hard and are all excellent at what they do plus they are kind, helpful, funny and we all help each other out. It's like a big family.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like my job a lot and love my co-workers, but I miss being around them. I appreciate working from home, but would love more opportunities to interact with my co-workers in person. I get lonely working from home 100% of the time. If I could interact with them more, I would be 100% happy in this job
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The previous bonus system was stressful, as it was tied directly to my billable hours. My base salary is so high now (for me) that I am not too worried if I don't get the added bonus at the end of the year. I still work hard but the intense pressure to make a livable wage is softened somewhat.
