I like the environment of our office location specifically and enjoy what I do, but also feel like I have to go beyond my job description often and that not many people care about that. I feel as though management focuses on other issues that aren't as much of a concern to those who are lower level

They usually care when an issue is brought up, and sometimes work to fix it

They make me actually want to come into the office and we mesh very well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of physical work we do for not only ourselves/ jobs, but also other people from different depts, I feel as though we should be being paid more and receive the recognition for going above and beyond our job description. we've cleaned up a lot of other people's messes
