What are some of the best things about your team?

The team within my vertical is prepared to go the extra mile and willing to chip in to help out whenever needed and just crack on

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The bonuses have decreased significantly due to unfair utilisation and performance comparisons. The salary is unfair, untiered and way below the industry average. If you want to stop employees leaving and claim to care about them; pay them better.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Undervalued and underpaid. There is no guidance or progression that I can currently see so a clear pathway that's spoken about more would be helpful. Consideration for workflows, documentation and webinars for different verticals/geographical locations would also be helpful.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Consider all verticals whilst rolling out workflows, procedures, webinars, documentation. The US and UK do not work in a similar way. Consilio and other verticals do not work in a similar way. You can't have one universal method for differing entities, it causes confusion and frustration
