I have loved working at Anexsys, the integration was not great. Promotions are unclear. People are switched from jobs as it doesn't make sense to have overlap but then others from other integrations get to keep their jobs - seems unfair/makes no sense.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Anexsys colleagues and keeping customers happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they try to engage with people, but they don't think about the bigger impact of things and mergers or inclusivity of how staff actually feel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I am paid well. But I have been underpaid for years and I don't think my pay is consistent with others in my role internally and externally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am pleased to have close people in Anexsys, the wider Consilio group less so. I have raised the exclusionary feeling of being at Anexsys to HR etc but it is ignored.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being part of a sub company (Anexsys), it is almost impossible at times to work with Consilio colleagues as they don't understand UK gov restrictions. Anexsys is always excluded as well from Consilio updates which is not inclusive, the updates always say Consilio, SYKE and LOD... what about Anexsys
