When I was first hired the company was fantastic it has taken a turn for the worse lately but that is mostly due to outside factors such as lazy people not wanting to work. Management does their best but it's not enough. Personally I am holding on to hope that things will get better.

The management made a promise to make me full time in a month and kept her word. So I know I can trust her
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people that care put 150% into the job and they are some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. But the rest of them are seriously some of the most careless absentminded individuals I have ever met.
