it was pretty average interview

remove the conflict of interest with management dating her employee.

bonus is nice when we get it. we have missed it a few times though

remove the toxic employee. He has violated many rules already, he thinks he is unstoppable due to him dating the manager

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

again, things need to be applied to ALL people, not a pick and choose depending on who she favorites at the moment

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

stop letting management walk on people, letting her date her employees and match her shift with his. It is an unconfortable work enviroment. No one cares, even though the code of conduct book says it is a conflict of interest!
