Being able to reach someone in support via telephone when we driving. Keeping app updated & working right. Letting us know where hotspots are, competition is too fierce trying to get more deliveries is impossible. Really need more peak pay, like when it first started in our area. $ 4 - $1 is awful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better peak pay would be nice. Or at least keeping my deliveries closer together if not. I shouldn't get same pay to go 2 miles away, as I do 20 miles away for peak hours. Peak pay was 4$ then 2.50 and now it's only 1$. Not as worth it for me to take jobs farther away but not get it if I refuse 25%
