They are always positive, encouraging and sharing best practices. The chemistry on our team is incredible and we all bring something different to table, which only makes us stronger.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compared to other companies in our industry, the data suggests that we are paid fairly. In addition, the yearly bonus is a great perk. It helps to pay for our yearly family vacation.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling that I'm part of a team that executes their work at a high level of quality, through collaboration. My leadership team has made me feel welcome and constantly checks in with me. Through actions, leadership has shown that they truly care.
