DriveTime has the best work environment I've ever experienced. I am so encouraged in my career potential here and my stress levels are drastically lower than they used to be at previous companies. I am so impressed with how the company supports and uplifts its talented workforce.

My team is goofy, considerate, hard-working, and collaborative!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leaders advocate for me and listen to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my desk and the perks of the office. I also love socializing with my coworkers and collaborating on events/projects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite aspect of the benefits is that I am able to receive free health insurance and vision/dental plans are very affordable.

I am most happy at work when I am in meetings with my team, collaborating and coming up with ideas for future projects.

I am so happy that I can receive free health care for myself through DriveTime. It is such a relief that I don't have to spend extra money on basic coverage.

I love that there is transparency and communication with leadership. They have high expectations and strong visions, but they empower and inspire the teams to achieve them. They always prioritize people first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel at home in the office and feel very included on my team. There is no intimidation factor like I have felt in my past work environments. I know I am accepted just as I am.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is so fun and engaging! I felt welcomed in right away. There is a genuine spirit among the group and we all support each other. I love getting to know them as professionals but also as dear friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My stress level has drastically reduced while working at DriveTime. I have a nice work-life balance and easy communication with my team that helps ease any anxiety. I'm excited to do my job because I'm valued as a person and not just for my productivity. My team has great emotional intelligence too.
