I have enjoyed this job more than any other I've had over the years the balance is great and the people are too I enjoy working independent when I can and this company provides me a nice mix of that and teamwork
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to work from the comfort of my home in a business I've already spent years working in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The time of we receive is amazing always leaving room if you need time to take a break from day to day life making it so I never feel burnt out
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is people just like me a lot of people with similar backgrounds so it feels like I'm right back in the shops I used to work in talking to my team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culutre and evironment at work feels comfortable but still keeps me engaged with new challenges and things to learn everyday, I enjoy all the different people I get to work with to assist in completing different tasks each day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is extremely helpful and engaging always there to help when I need but also letting me work within my own space to create my own workflow I feel I have the proper support systems in place to keep my job as stress free and successful as possible.
