I love the company culture and our drive for creating meaningful results. The products and services we provide for our customers are impactful to their lives. As a result it gives me a sense of pride to work for a company that values their place in the auto sales industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would say my leadership team is invested in our employees, our customers while making sure their investment links directly to our company goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am constantly learning something new. I also enjoy the ability to apply my previous work experience and connect that experience to future actions for DriveTime.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the comradery and banter between out team members. Everyone has their own unique personality and everyone is encouraged to let their genuine character shine through.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the interactions with the executive leadership that I have had as part of the AMP program. I feel like it has helped me in establishing a firm understanding of the company culture and potential path for professional growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our store is trialing an enhanced compensation package for CEGs. This trial will not include a bump in compensation for the leadership team. I believe the results of the trial would be more revealing if leaders were to receive the same base pay percentage increase as the CEGs.
