I appreciate the annual bonus we get on top of our salary.

They are relatable, intelligent, easy to talk to, and have strong communication skills

We all mesh really well, share similar work ethics, and respect each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Creating content that will make a difference to our employees and make their work day better.

They are very personable and easy to talk to. I have never questioned their strategy for the company's success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of wellness benefits and perks in general we receive is great. My annual bonus is also a nice add on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how even though the company spans across the company and included multiple areas of business, we are all still able to stay connected.
What makes you most happy at work?
The attitude my co-workers bring is awesome. I also love the work I get to do and the projects I work on. There's always something new and exciting going on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a great culture fit for the team. We all work together well with little to no tension in how we operate or get things done. We're always on the same page and work seamlessly together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the D E and I strategy they have put into place over the last few years. I also love the amount of company events that are held to show appreciation for the employees throughout the year.
