The family culture that is present really allows you to be yourself and share your opinions. Also people are always willing to help and jump in where it is needed.

The people I get to work with. Everyone is always positive and willing to help whenever you ask. Love that everyone is working towards the same goal and have a selfless attitude.

The fact that the company is willing to change and try new things keeps you on your toes. It's nice to have new exiting things that keep you motivated and pushing forward.
