What are some of the best things about your team?

Sales staff is outgoing and personable.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Low level, sales staff employees do not feel valued here. We got offered $1 off of Uber for employee appreciation week. Should have offered nothing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With the overall pay cut that the high performers took to stay with the company during our Covid transition, I see no additional benefits offered anywhere.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Direct manager's have no desire to help/train/develop us. They are here and do the bare minimum so they hopefully won't get fired and can collect their paycheck.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Store leadership does not manage or lead. They are simply a couple of employees who get paid more than the sales staff and get to do way less work. Always on their phone and have no desire to help train and develop those underneath them.
