Get overtime pay or at least figure out a way to give employees some semblance of work life balance.

We all get along and can joke around. I even hang out with some of them out of work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have no time to spend with my family, I don't like our typical customers and we have too many dumb restrictions
