So far, even though I haven't been there quite a year it has been great. Everyone is friendly, helpful, eager and willing to do what it takes to get stuff done and help each other, the team and the company succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone chips in and helps each other and is friendly
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing is really standing out as the best part, I think the medical coverage cost for employees is reasonable so that might be it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just having confidence that my boss has confidence in my work and lets me do what I do best without a lot of micro-managing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the can do attitude and how much people seem to appreciate what you do and how they collaborate and don't point fingers if something goes wrong.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unfortunately I don't know them at all since there is not that much communication and we've mostly all been work from home during Covid, but they seem focused on moving forward and doing the right thing.
