In looking at the market I could make about 25% more annually if I left.

They respect all employees, no matter the level. If anyone has a good idea, leadership wants to hear it.

The collaboration and respect of each other. How my team owns their area and strives to make it better. Their personalities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Poeple find ways to connect. We are mostly remote so there are small interest groups that have formed. Everyone gets so excited when we get to see each other.
