Onboarding is lacking. Disconnected in the team. Unsure who people are, who does what, etc. but part of that is lack of onboarding. Also "priorities" seem to be a bit all over the place. Lastly, disappointed that they will be forcing vaccination. Health should be a choice.

it's been very positive. It's the first time in many years in the workforce that I have been truly treated like an adult. I am trusted and I am valued and I definitely feel the impact I make on others.

we help people and that feels evident in the general culture. Most people are helpful and service-minded

The role is a lot more work than I initially thought it would be, the responsibilities are higher, and therefore I feel the compensation should be increased

I love what I do, I love my coworkers, I love that I am challenged, and I love that I am trusted to do my work and that I am given amazing opportunities outside my "normal" function.
