Proud of the work that I do, and of my team for the amount of work the produce with the aggressive timelines that are set for them, though it never seems to be enough as of late, so it has been stressful for many.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a lower pay to come on, thinking that I would prove I deserved the salary I had previously had, and that my manager and I would work toward that. Instead, I've taken on more responsibility with my new role and have yet to make what I did previously.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We've taken on new types of customers who have been promised and expect immediate turn on their requests, yet not enough has been done, at least not proactively, to grow the team that needs to deliver these features and to scale our platform, causing very high levels of stress across the team.
