Everbridge – I see some good here, but overall the workplace is toxic, and working from home has taken us backwards in regard to work/life balance. Combine that with the misogyny and the lack of career progression, and you get what we have - turnover and loss of good people. And many who are left are exhausted. | Comparably

What makes you most happy at work?

Collaborating with my colleagues makes me the most happy

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Put more focus on their employees, and less on profit. Leadership is very out of touch - try to spend a day as one of us, or even better, get to know a few of us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our 401k match is incredibly low compared to other companies. And the lack of any resources for our work from home offices has contributed to employees not feeling valued. We should practice what we preach - where is Everbridge's duty of care?
