Developing my team and seeing them succeed. Achieving my business targets and objectives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are cheap when it comes to employee compensation, other than with SMT. My variable comp hasn't changed since I've joined nor is my OTE at competitive market rates.
