Our commitment to remote work and keeping our own employees safe is commendable.

There is a lot of strategizing but not enough consideration for the 'who' and 'how' of executing the strategy.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is a lack of strategic focus. Long term plans cannot be properly implemented because short term 'emergency' initiatives constantly come up. The same audience is receiving multiple messages about multiple topics at the same time.
