The ride has been challenging but great and I enjoy every minute of it. The biggest challenge is the pandemic and the fact that travels have become extremely complicated and this has slowed downed the business.

My team is motivated but this not something I see across the board.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Intl Leadership team know how business can develop in the region. The US leadership team should get a deeper understanding on that since there are certain challenges which are not taken into consideration.
