I would sincerely advise you take your skills where a company truly stand by their core values. Farmers selection of leadership should be reconstructed. The leadership team cares more about metrics, then an employee that cares more about providing exceptional customer service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the teammates. The way we try to be of support for one another even when facing multiple work related stress, and provided no support from leadership. Some of us are closer than family.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowledge and training. I believe in order to run a large corporation the right leadership team should be put in place, and should be reprimanded when they do not take accountability for their lack of leadership and what it stands for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Customer Care Reps are in the frontline of fire enduring and forced to be verbally abused that causes stress and anxiety, I believe we should be compensated for that, and be heard when it comes to complaining about the leadership team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The biggest issues are billing and system issues. If the right management team was put in place, to be supportive, take accountability for their failures, listen to the concerns and grievances of their employees it would build moral. Care more about your people over metrics.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was at the time in my belief made me feel like this would be the best company to build a career. Your asked question about your customer service background, and asked to give examples of customer interactions and how would you handle difficult customers.
