What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CEO announced out of the blue that nearly all employees are being forced back into the office. No legitimate explanation or reason has been given, despite the most unanimous outcry of any issue I've seen since I've been here. Farmers used to be a great place to work under the previous CEO.

Lots of different backgrounds and culture, so you learn from many people and experiences. We are all hard worker, but the environment is fun when it needs to be.

they need to have better managers and time sense
