The leadership team is trustworthy, approachable and communications are transparent. They are focused on ensuring the company is successful, and understand it is our people who deliver on the promises to our customers. They provide benefits and development to ensure that happens.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's absolutely no strategy for marketing or the website. Suggestions were provided based on data, yet no changes, no digital strategy at all. They have done the same thing for over the 6 years working there, no significant changes to gain new audience, revenue or leads.

The team holds similar values in their approach to work and that helps create trust when work needs to get done. I know I can step away and the team will ensure project move forward. In addition, the team has fun. I'm surrounded by people I'd hang out with even outside of work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers are my Farmers Family. There is genuine care for the people doing the work - from our CEO throughout the company. Our approach to challenges may not always be perfect, but there is clear effort to continually improve and to ensure employees have a voice in those efforts.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to recognize good employees and promote within. The entire marketing department is bureaucratic; they are more concerned about things like "Quarter Cup" involvement over actual worked and quality of work produced.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bring back the old CEO, fire the CMO and Head of Marketing (who are also incompetent), upper manager should seek new growth opportunities, not just lay people of to get to the bottom line. Poor management company-wide.
