I hate it there. They con't care about the workers and we work way to hard for the $8.00 that we are paid per hr.

Everything needs to change. There is nothing good there!

Anything at all would help. We just need to feel as though they care about us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop being so rude and care about the people who work for them. Be thankful for the things we do to keep the store going when no one else does!
