- I've learned about ownership. Every person can act as a Leader - If you can do something, go for it. You don't need to wait until another person mentions it - Due to you having coworkers around the world, async communication has been challenging but good enough to get the nice results

I'll consider unlimited PTOs as part of my compensation package. I say that because this is one of the most important/wonderful benefits here in comparison with other companies.
