they are open about their goals and ideas, and understand the importance of keeping the team informed about any changes so they have an opportunity to express any concerns so those can be addressed.

Every one does their best and willing to do anything they can to help the team so that everything is completed and no one has to struggle if they are having a hard time with a certain task.
