Everyone seems to have a positive attitude and works to get things done

From a creative standpoint, the amount of freedom to create is nice, as too many restrictions can become a burden

I would say everyones attitude. Everyone has a really good attitude about things, and nobody is really a downer or negative
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are nice, and the ability to take time off when or as needed is very nice. As this work can be stressful at times
