We all work remotely from different offices and even so, we are close companions, always willing to help each other
What did you like most about the interview process?
That the approach of the technical interview is done from the human side. It is not so important to see how technically advanced you are, but the potential you have based on your reasoning and how you approach results
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for many years and my salary is not close to what the market offers for my position. Having to also take care of my children, I choose to stay for the culture and flexibility of the company
