if have 3 or more years at the company interviews are like you are loking for a new job but with the same salary and same conditions it feels awful

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a variety of benefits covering differents areas as: health and wellness, parenthood, pet care, discounts on some stores and more. I'm grateful for the parenthood ones, it's nice been supported on that area.

According to the salary for my profession in my country, Globant makes more than fairly compensations and they makes adjustments yearly according to inflation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company has better hiring budget than retention. For a particular skillset and region the compensation should be equal for Globers at the same seniority.

if you have a lot of years in the company it's a must that you can change projects effortlesly is very negative you have to go to a whole process like you are changing job, is tiresome, ando sometimes you think is better to look for a job somewhere else than staying in the same condition
