I would like my salary to be 100% of what was earned, and not divided in a 60% salary base and a 30% flexible salary. Ideally, one can quote with 100% of the salary received

Compared to other agencies we don't have access to creative outlets such as museums and galleries. If this was included in our job package I think it would make us better consultants
