There should be compensations and additional benefits (in stock, money, etc) in more positions than the current ones.

The compensation caps imposed based on seniority or years of experience is undiscerning. One must be evaluated based one's ability to create value.

I would like to have the option to buy Globant shares internally. The main problem I have with the salary is the fact that it is not adjusted with the inflation when the year begins. As a result I continue earning the same but life has become way more expensive and my pocket feels it.
