I like to be part of this company because it values the most important resource they have: skillful staff, DEV's, QA's, BA's, BI's, and all other geeks that usually are mistreated in another companies. I have a competitive salary but it would be great to have actual benefits like the already mention
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's great, but sometimes the projects are boring. Most of the time, to join a project requires you to pass an interview fit which is very difficult, but when working on the project, our potential is not fully exploited.

They insisted me a lot to be part of the company, if it was not because of that I would not be here.

The most positive is that we share the best of our culture and promote a good environment by applying in practice one of each of the Globant's values.
What makes you most happy at work?
My project, the challenges, work-mates, the facilities, my work place, a comfortable chair, a fast computer, the location of the site, ease of finding places to have lunch and the coffee :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a salary band, in which I am usually at the lowest level. Only when speaking up about leaving the company is when Globant is willing to give a high salary increment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In my team we keep communication always open, we share ideas and try to be respectful to each other. We promote inclusiveness, respect, equality and other values with each other. We also like to spend time having lunch together and having fun whenever is possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recent hires in MX are paid more for the same Sr level than when I was hired some years ago but there have not been any readjustment. Also there are another companies offering more salary plus benefits such as Food Vouchers, Savings Fund and 30 days of last year Bonus.
