Diversity, flexibility, non-toxic conversations. It's a really comfortable place to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be compensations and additional benefits (in stock, money, etc) in more positions than the current ones.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can expect many challenges on basically every day. I like challenges. Also, I can do whatever I want (with limits, of course) on the company, and no one will ever restrict me.
