Extremely toxic work environment, alcohol, drugs, employees sleeping around with each other in rooms, managers and supervisors gossiping about other staff members constantly, bullying, false accusations, no raise, tons of hours worked that are unpaid, and rooms are cleaned properly at all.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management needs to do their job and hire people that can do the job properly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't gotten a raise in over a year....minimum wage went up, and all employees making under that were given a raise to what I was making, only they had to do half the work I did. I clean 15 plus rooms a day and they clean 5-8...
