When I can actually work on my work and not just do other people's. When I get to actually help a customer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being realistic when it comes to expectations of someone's job when you pay them the same as a McDonald's employee or less
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay. Stop giving people with kids a hard time and making them choose between taking care of their family or losing thier job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid fair compared to the job they expect and they have change our compensation in pto without our input even though it was what we agreed upon starting work
