I enjoy my co-workers but pay and benefits could def. be better. That is probably common among most retail places though.

Interacting with customers and co- workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and support one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very communicative and willing to adjust hours etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was really basic so there was no pressure involved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits should be better and I should be paid a living wage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The specific floor/unit I work with is great and we all get along.
