HORRIBLE! I am a college student that applied here and got fired because I had to leave my shift early due to having an exam for one of my classes, also on top of that I got sick and had to call off and they said they had to let me go because of this?

majority of the workers are rude, or only care about themselves, they don't give much attention to the customers at times.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Kohls needs to be more understanding of their employers and most importantly they need to care. If they state they are "flexible" with a college students schedule then they must stick by it instead of going against their own word.
