This is my first official job. I have made a few mistakes but, management lets me know what i did wrong and tells me how to fix it or what to do next time. They are very understanding as long as you talk to them. My fellow employees are nice and i like that my job is able to help people in some way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Without my fellow employees reassurance and the good banter work would be more negative.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that the interviewers made the effort to make sure we felt welcome and that they were willing to answer any questions we had.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a diverse group and get along well. If someone needs help with something they only need to ask and someone is willing to help out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like for the amount of work we do it is no different between oart timd snd full time except for the hours. I wish we got paid equal starting amounts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always willing to help or answer questions. If you did something wrong they address the issue snd help you to fix the issue and tell you why what you did is wrong sometimes.
