Kohl's is terrible to work for never work there. The manager basically told me the customers are more important then my kid being in the hospital. Plus one of my coworkers would nitpick at me. But I couldn't say anything cause she was a favorite and they played favorites. Never again!!!

Nothing. I got a new job cause Kohls is terrible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything!!!!!!!! Plus the fact you had to get so many people signed up for a Kohls card to get more hours and pay is bull. I got MAX 10 hours a week. Plus I was told I was hired in as a permanent part time. Only to be told I'm seasonal and had to scramble to find another job. I have a kid
