Overall? Extremely positive, despite an ever changing world - company changes, Covid, Management changes, technology changes, etc. The focus is always on providing customer satisfaction whilst taking care of all staff and contractors. Genuinely, one of my best employment experiences.

Great team spirit, no blame culture just a 'get it done' attitude. Plus, the team are brilliant and enthusiastic (without being annoying!).

Greater focus on what I could do and what I brought to the company rather than looking for some arbitrary list of requirements I might fail to meet...
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work hard at keeping on top of the game and keeping us informed of their activity. Don't always make life easy for us lower down the pay scale, but keeps us on our toes!
