So far N-Able has been by far the best company I've worked for. I just hope they continue to value employees and make sure that we keep the work-life balance.

How transparent they are. Also, they take into consideration that you have a life outside of work, so they are very understanding. Couldn't ask for a better leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that the company knows the weakness of diversity in the company and they are making sure to take the necessary steps to correct it.
