How inviting and accepting the people are on the team, I've felt that I've had very supportive colleagues and are all invested in each other's success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do find the base pay is relatively low for the position, however with weekly lunches and amenities available on site and access to continued learning is very nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How close the entire SDR team is. From day one I've felt like the team accepted me and quickly made new friends who I can learn from and carry friendships beyond the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how close our respective leaders are at each location. Being from Ottawa I have been able to meet Frank several times throughout my short time with the company. and have seen on several occasions where he comes by through the SDR pit to see all the different people and say hi.
