That I actually enjoy doing my job. I love the quick sales process, the calculated pricing structure, my colleagues, and most importantly, the confidence in Backup and N-able.

Even prior to my first day, my team has been better than I hoped. They welcome new ideas, are social but successful on their own, and bring a lot of diversity and experience to the table. Team moral and support for oneother, including from the managers, is what all sales teams need to be successful
