What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nevro is always looking for ways to keep everyone engaged like the wellness challenge, football contest, games at meetings, stock plans, etc. They make me feel extremely valued and I feel lucky to work for Nevro.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They look for ways to pay their field performers more instead of looking for ways to pay them less like other companies. They are always doing fun things to keep everyone engaged, and seem to genuinely care about us as people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nevro has given me 3 unsolicited raises in less than 2 years of employment , which is unheard of...I pay nothing out of pocket for excellent health care and I given fair quotas. I dont know anyone else in my field who can say all 3 of those things. The compensation is amazing.
