I like my team, the updates from HR, new knowledge and challenges my work is brinning which then gets converted to growth and experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Oh, they are amazing. My teammates are eager to assist and help and share knowledge, proactive, fast, and responsive. And they have got an awesome sense of humor and team work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At my workplace none of my coworkers or leadership or anyone else is bothering me for no reason. Everyone is responsible for doing their work and my manager is not about micromanagement. The goal is not about tracking every 2 minutes but on the result, and that is awesome. I can focus on my work.
