They truly do all they can to provide you with the tools to be set up for success. I dont feel micromanaged and more feel guided.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The hourly and commission pay are both great! I would always like more, I think we all would. But I am happy with my compensation package.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really find it to be satisfying to work at a place that not only pays me to do a job well done, but incentivizes me to do better and maintains a positive attitude throughout.
